I just finished up with this book. Short, fast, easy to read! Loved it!Did you know that when ready-to-wear clothing was available and becoming popular people thought there were germs, dirt and diseases in the clothing? Clothing houses that were "certified" as clean were allowed to sew a clean, plain white label in the clothing. That way you knew you would not get any disease from the clothing. HA! Marketing miracles.
